Kaletta Lynch, CEO & Founder

Kaletta Lynch is the Founder & CEO of Mahogany Taurus Talent Management. With ​over 20 years of public service, Kaletta has honed her skills in strategic planning, ​negotiation, and relationship building—expertise that seamlessly translates into the world ​of talent management. Kaletta believes in the power of strategic thinking and personalized ​support to unlock potential and achieve success. Her approach to talent management is ​grounded in her commitment to understanding each client's unique goals and providing ​tailored guidance to help them navigate their careers. Kaletta's background in government ​has equipped her with the skills to manage high-pressure situations, advocate effectively ​for her clients, and build lasting relationships.


Kaletta is a native of Decatur, GA. She attended Dillard University where she studied ​Political Science and became a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. After ​Hurricane Katrina, she transferred to the University of Maryland to complete her ​Bachelors of Arts in Government & Politics. During her eight years as Utahn, Kaletta was ​appointed to serve as the 1st Chief Equity Officer for the Salt Lake City Mayor’s Office ​and the 1st Project Manager for Salt Lake City’s 1st Racial Equity in Policing ​Commission. Under her leadership and in one year, she and her team created the citywide ​equity plan, developed and implemented the language access plan/policy, secured ​$300,000 for language access initiatives, and secured $160,000 grant funding in support of ​refugee resettlement efforts. They also managed the city's 1st Racial Equity in Policing ​Commission and the Human Rights Commission, codified the Convention to Eliminate ​Discrimination Against Women, and transitioned the Accessibility Disability Advisory ​Committee to an official Board with powers to vote for recommendations of new ​ordinances and policies for the Mayor’s consideration. Throughout her career, Kaletta has ​been recognized for her leadership, strategic vision, and ability to foster collaborative ​relationships.

Elizabeth Leiba is a dynamic author, educator, and advocate dedicated to empowering Black women and amplifying ​their voices in the professional and literary worlds. With a profound commitment to fostering resilience, authenticity, ​and excellence, Elizabeth has become a leading figure in promoting mental and emotional well-being among women of ​color.


Elizabeth's journey is marked by her acclaimed works "I’m Not Yelling: A Black Woman’s Guide to Navigating the ​Workplace" and "Protecting My Peace." These books delve into the unique challenges faced by Black women in ​professional environments, offering practical strategies for overcoming imposter syndrome, handling ​microaggressions, and embracing authentic self-expression. In addition to her literary achievements, Elizabeth is the former host of the popular podcast "Black Power Moves," on ​the Ebony Covering Black America Podcast Network, where she explored the intersections of race, identity, and ​professional success. Her engaging LinkedIn Live show, "Lit Chicks Live: Unplugged & Unwritten," celebrates the ​stories of women authors, providing a platform for meaningful conversations about their journeys and the impact of ​their work.


Elizabeth's commitment to education and empowerment is further exemplified through her innovative programs, such ​as "From Blank Page to Bestseller: Book Writing Bootcamp." This initiative aims to help Black women transform their ​experiences into compelling books, advancing their careers and establishing them as thought leaders.


As an advocate for mental health and emotional well-being, Elizabeth's work extends beyond the written word. She is ​passionate about creating supportive communities where women of color can thrive, connect, and share their stories. ​Her mission is to inspire and uplift, fostering a sense of solidarity and empowerment among her readers and followers.


Launching the anthology "[Placeholder text}" is a natural extension of Elizabeth's dedication to celebrating resilience ​and excellence. This project aims to shine a light on the achievements of women of color in business, providing ​inspiration and representation for future generations of leaders.


With a social media following of over 200,000 and a reputation for insightful, empowering content, Elizabeth Leiba ​continues to be a powerful voice in the fight for equality, representation, and mental wellness. As a native born and raised in a rough environment in Detroit, Pastor ​Mo is the true meaning of his motto, Purpose Over Prison. He took ​to the streets at an early age to find his identity. Risky behavior and ​bad decisions almost cost Pastor Mo his life and an early exit from all ​Detroit Public Schools. Jesus saved his life through sports and he ​found his purpose.


From gang life to God life, Pastor Mo received a full scholarship to ​Indiana University to play as a running back (2002-2004). Due to an ​injury, he transferred to Alabama State where he earned a second full ​scholarship and his Bachelor of Arts in Communication/Radio ​Television (Cum Laude, 2006). He was a part of ASU's 2004 SWAC ​Championship Team (2nd team in school history to win the ​championship). In 2006, Coach Lynch was nominated as an ​academic All American. He went on to coach at Urbana & Tiffin ​Universities (Ohio), and served as Equipment Assistant for the ​Atlanta Falcons.


Pastor Mo is a celebrity events emcee, actor, replay official (Big 10), ​professional speaker, youth mentoring guru, and founder/owner of ​5th Quarter Sports Agency. He is married and a proud Girl Dad of ​two. Pastor Mo is a lifetime member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. ​He is also a member of Prince Hall Freemasonry and the Kiwanis ​Club. Pastor Mo is the Apostle & Pastor of Kingdom Huddle ​Ministry.


Pastor Mo was awarded the Joseph R. Biden Presidential Lifetime ​Achievement Award and Volunteer Service Award for mentoring ​young people internationally. He is the founder of his own ​mentoring programs, Sunday Dinner and Purpose Over Prison. ​Pastor Mo firmly believes that we need each other to survive so his ​top priorities in life are serving God and showing the love of Christ ​to all mankind. An Emmy award-winning journalist with more than two decades of media, integrated ​marketing, public relations, and crisis communications expertise, Stephanie (Steph) Johnson ​is the CEO & Founder of BrandDNA Group, a Public Relations (PR) and Communications ​consultancy that specializes in serving brands driving innovation for the good of humanity.



Steph has a proven track record of creating and delivering compelling stories and messages ​to advance the mission and vision of the brands she’s served. In addition to her consultant ​roles at Kulur Group and Ragan Consulting Group, Steph previously served as Senior Vice ​President of Enterprise Communications at the American Cancer Society (ACS), where she ​helped to re-imagine ACS’s internal and external communications strategic blueprint, ​executive thought leadership platform, and crisis/issues management response protocols.



Prior to her role at ACS, Steph spent a year expanding her expertise at Hotwire Global, an ​International Public Relations Agency. As part of her role as VP and Communications ​Strategist, she helped to create executive thought leadership platforms and strategic ​communications road maps for some of the world’s leading Tech brands.



Before branching out as a brand champion and thought leader, Steph spent nearly a decade as ​VP of Communications & Product Strategies at the American Medical Association (AMA). ​Prior to her role at the AMA, Steph served as VP of Public Affairs at Advocate Aurora Health. ​As a journalist for 7+ years, Steph got her start in television working for ABC News Good ​Morning America, and World News Tonight with Peter Jennings. She spent time as a freelance ​producer for the Chicago Bureaus of ABC & NBC News, and as a TV news anchor for 16 WAPT ​News, an ABC News Affiliate in her home state of Mississippi. The Brandy Brown is a dynamic and inspiring woman who wears multiple hats with grace and ​determination. She is not only a highly sought-after motivational speaker but also a loving mother, ​mortgage advisor, dedicated community activist, and certified life coach. A proud native of Decatur, ​GA, Brandy is the daughter of Sheriff-Elect Derwin and Phyllis Brown. Her life story is a testament to ​resilience, compassion, and the power of positive change.


Recognized as trailblazers in the community, Brandy’s mother (Mrs. Phyllis Brown) was the Editor-​in-Chief for the Champion Newspaper and her father (Sheriff-Elect Derwin Brown) worked his way ​through the ranks to be Captain of the DeKalb County Police Department. Mr. and Mrs. Brown’s ​reputation of integrity and commitment to public service earned them the respect of their colleagues ​and community members. Mr. Brown ran for the position of DeKalb County Sheriff in 2000 and ​won. He was set to take office but was tragically assassinated on December 15, 2000 (his wife’s 46th ​birthday) in front of his home in Decatur, GA. News of this tragedy sent shockwaves through the ​community. Shortly after her husband was taken away from her, Mrs. Brown suffered a stroke which ​left her uncommunicative until her passing in 2006. Brandy became the matriarch and voice for the ​Brown family.


Brandy knows the pain of being thrust into grief and major responsibility at such an early age. She ​was only 22 years old when tragedy struck her family. Shortly after the assassination of her father ​and the stroke that her mother suffered, Brandy became caregiver for her grandmother and mother. ​The Brandy Brown persevered to be the matriarchal support for her family, while pursuing her ​career, and diving into self-work to heal through it all. She and her brothers have carried on The ​Brown legacy as they continue a mission to inspire, empower and bring about positive change within ​their community.


The Brandy Brown is well respected in the community and recognized for her accomplishments as a ​cettified life coach, member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc, podcast host (“The Naked Truth”). ​mortgage consultant and business owner (The New Beginning Trucking Company).


Beyond her inspiring career, Brandy takes immense pride in being a devoted mother of four ​daughters. She understands the profound responsibilities and joys that come with parenthood and ​has worked diligently to create a nurturing and loving environment for her daughters. Her ​commitment to her family serves as a shining example of the importance of balancing personal and ​professional life. Brandy shares her story to help make a significant impact on the lives of those she ​encounters and the communities she serves.
